'The Maze Runner' Sequel Casts Villain

Earlier this week it was announced that The Maze Runner sequel, The Scorch Trials, had received a release date. From the looks of it the film is moving forward at a strong pace because it has now found its villain in Game of Thrones actor Aidan Gillen.

THR reports that the actor will portray a character named Janson, who turns out to be the main villain of the book series and is also known as Rat-Man. The Scorch Trials takes place right after the events of The Maze Runner, the film is set to begin shooting in October for a September 18th, 2015 release date.
