Pixar has not been at the quality level they had us accustomed to with their more recent films, specially with sequels or prequels to existing titles, but there is one sequel that people appear to still be anticipating and that is
Finding Dory, even if it has been a while since
Finding Nemo was released in 2003. The sequel will see
Ellen DeGeneres,
Albert Brooks and
Willem Dafoe reprising their original roles and added
Ty Burrell,
Eugene Levy and
Diane Keaton, but now it looks like two other actors are part of the cast with reports surfacing that
Idris Elba and
Dominic West are also lending their voices to the animated film.
West appears to have accidentally let the news slip that him and Elba were together in the film while on an interview with
Shortlist (Via
/Flim). The actor while not giving any details on characters or plot mentioned,
"I saw Idris recently. We’re both in the sequel to Finding Nemo, so we were recording that."
Let's hope the casting will add to the film and with Pixar releasing two new titles in 2015 with
Inside Out and
The Good Dinosaur,
hopefully they will also regain that quality that made them famous before
Fiding Dory is released on June 17th, 2016.
