Bryan Cranston in Talks to Join 'The Great Wall'

Just yesterday we reported on the possibility of Matt Damon signing on to star in Legendary Pictures' The Great Wall, and now actor Bryan Cranston is reportedly up for a role in the film as well. The Great Wall will be directed by Zhang Yimou with a script by Tony Gilroy, the film revolves around the mysteries of why the Great Wall of China was built, and what secrets lay undiscovered under its stones.

Deadline reported that Cranston is in early stages of negotiations to co-star in the film alongside Damon, if it happens that everything goes well and both actors close their deals. Needles to say that adding two award-winning actors would most likely benefit the film, nothing has been officially confirmed and the film doesn't have a release date so the possible scenario is after the cast is set and schedules are worked on there should be announcements made, not to say that it could be soon.
