Director Shane Black's next project will be set in 1970s LA with The Nice Guys, the story about a private investigator and a muscle-for-hire who join forces to take on the case of a missing girl and a porn star that commits suicide, and soon find out they are in over their heads and discover something greater. The film will star Russell Crowe and Ryan Gosling as the muscle and investigator, respectively, is set to start production this fall and Deadline reports that the film according to a press release from Warner Brothers will open on June 17th, 2016.
The plot of the film sounds interesting and I have said before that I really enjoy these crime/murder solving movies, the fact that Crowe and Gosling are attached and Black is directing coming off the success of Iron Man 3 just add to my interest even more so we will see as material come out what this film hold in store.
