It was recently confirmed that Christian Bale would have the leading role in Danny Bolye's Steve Jobs Biopic, and it appears that the film is moving along in finding the rest of the cast. Seth Rogen has been reported to be circling the role of Apple co-founder Steve Wozniak.TheWrap gave the exclusive that Seth Rogen is being eyed for the role with no deal closed yet, but Variety reports that the actor has already landed the role. Both reports also include that Jessica Chastain is being eyed for an unspecified role. The Steve Jobs biopic directed by Danny Boyle and written by Aaron Sorkin, will be composed of three extensive scenes taking place before the announcements of three iconic Apple products.
None of this is confirmed yet, but if it is I will be on board with it. I think Seth Rogen can be one of those actors that can make the successful jump from comedy to drama, and this is as good a time as any. As for Jessica Chastain, she is one of the best actresses out there today so even if the role is unspecified you know she will do a great job no matter what the role ends up being.
