Ben Affleck in Negotiations to Star in 'The Accountant'

Still, the actor is apparently looking for what's next and that could be the action thriller The Accountant, for which he is in talks with Warner Bros. to star in.

Variety reported that Affleck is in negotiations to take the leading role in The Accountant, the film center on an accountant with a double life in which he is also a lethal assassin. The report places Warrior director Gavin O'Connor as Warner Bros. top choice to direct the film, based on an original script by Bill Dubuque. The Accountant has been in development for quite some time, Sony was developing it at one point with Will Smith to star, until it went to Warner Bros. that had Mel Gibson attached to direct at that moment.
