'The Hunger Games: Mockingjay - Part 1' Empire Magazine Covers

The release date for The Hunger Games: Mockingjay - Part 1 is rapidly approaching, so naturally more and more promotional material is coming our way to build up excitement for the film. The latest promotional reveals come our way by magazine covers that give us a look at Katniss Everdeen (Jennifer Lawrence) suited up and ready to fight, leading the rebellion against the Capitol.

The covers come from the December issue of Empire Magazine hitting newsstands on October 30th, and feature two cover versions of the same picture. We see a burning and destroyed battlefield, in which we can see logos from both opposing sides, and in the middle is fierce Katniss (Jennifer Lawrence) standing tall and prepared to shoot an arrow to anyone that stands in her way (she might be a bit too clean in the picture to be fighting, let's hope that's not the case in the film).

The Hunger Games: Mockingjay - Part 1 stars Jennifer Lawrence, Josh Hutcherson, Natalie Dormer, Mahershala Ali, Elden Henson, Wes Chatham, Liam Hemsworth, Woody Harrelson, Julianne Moore, Philip Seymour Hoffman, Elizabeth Banks, Sam Claflin, Jena Malone, and Donald Sutherland, and hits theaters on November 21st.
