First 'True Story' Trailer

The first trailer has dropped for Rupert Goold's upcoming drama True Story. The film is based on real events and revolves around New York Times journalist Michael Finkel (Jonah Hill), who after loosing his job establishes an unconventional relationship with murderer Christian Longo (James Franco), who has taken on his identity.

I know that most of us are pretty used to seeing Hill and Franco in comedy films so to some people this pairing in a drama might feel unusual, but I have to say I like it a lot. The trailer really intrigued me and made me feel very curious about this story. True Story also stars Felicity Jones and will be part of the Sundance Film Festival in January, then opening in theaters on April 10th, 2015. Check out the trailer below (via Yahoo! Movies).
