The wait is over, Disney has released the first official teaser trailer for Star Wars: The Force Awakens and it is amazing. After watching it a couple of times online I can't help but feel a little jealous of the people who will get to watch it in a theater today, but I am happy I got to watch it today anyway.
This teaser trailer is amazing, and every Star Wars fan out there must have loved it. As far a being a teaser it is a great one at that, giving us just enough to make our mouths water in anticipation for what is to come. This teaser trailer feels like Star Wars so the nostalgic factor is there, but also has the feel and look that it is a brand new Star Wars. I like that you get to see the new characters and can see that good and bad side, but the story and plot still remain a bit of a mystery. Star Wars: The Force Awakens is directed by J.J. Abrams and stars John Boyega, Daisy Ridley, Adam Driver, Oscar Isaac, Andy Serkis, Domhnall Gleeson, Max von Sydow, Harrison Ford, Carrie Fisher, Mark Hamill, Anthony Daniels, Peter Mayhew, and Kenny Baker, it opens in theaters on December 18, 2015.
