I watched the new teaser a few times and I felt like I liked it a little more and got a little more excited every time I watched it, it was a great follow-up to the first teaser. This new teaser was amazing, not only visually but also from all the new things we got out of it. Like the first teaser, this one also just feels like Star Wars but a new Star Wars, you can tell that this is something new, but the nostalgia factor is present. The melody from the beginning just brought a smile to my face, the shot of the crashed X-Wing and Star Destroyer was beautiful, Luke's voice-over, and the Vader mask...too many things to love about it. I really enjoyed how they showed so much more this time around but were still able to keep the story concealed, we still don't really know the plot of the film, nor are we supposed to from a teaser. I'm not gonna go into too much detail about how much I loved this trailer, suffices to say that I was successfully teased. Directed by J.J. Abrams, Star Wars: The Force wakens stars John Boyega, Daisy Ridley, Adam Driver, Oscar Isaac, Andy Serkis, Domhnall Gleeson, Max von Sydow, Harrison Ford, Carrie Fisher, Mark Hamill, Anthony Daniels, Peter Mayhew, and Kenny Baker, opening in theaters on December 18, 2015. Check out the teaser trailer below (via YouTube) and judge for yourself (if you haven't seen it yet), along with a poster of the film.

New 'Star Wars: The Force Awakens' Teaser Trailer
If you're a big Star Wars fan you're probably already on top of this, but if you're not as big of a follower you probably didn't know that Star Wars Celebration took place today. From this festival dedicated solely to Star Wars -as was expected or at least was hoped- came a new material from the upcoming Star Wars: The Force Awakens, but obviously by far the most exciting has to be the reveal of a new teaser trailer for the film.
I watched the new teaser a few times and I felt like I liked it a little more and got a little more excited every time I watched it, it was a great follow-up to the first teaser. This new teaser was amazing, not only visually but also from all the new things we got out of it. Felicity Jones In Talks to Star in 'Star Wars' Spin-Off
In case you didn't know already, apart from the regular Star Wars films that are coming our way in the near future beginning with Star Wars: The Force Awakens we are also getting spin-off films in between. The first spin-off film will be directed by Gareth Edwards with a script written by Chris Weitz, and now the big story is that The Theory of Everything star Felicity Jones is a main target to take the lead in the Star Wars spin-off.THR reported on Jones being in talks to star in the spin-off film, with names like Rooney Mara and Tatiana Maslany also participating in readings and testings for the film. According to the report, actors Aaron Paul and Edgar Ramirez are also being eyed for a male leading role, but details of the film are being kept under wraps. Rumors going around are that the film will follow a group of bounty hunters, but take that for what it is, just a rumor at this point and with no way of confirming it.
Jones is getting a great amount of acclaim for her role in The Theory of Everything, so you have to assume people are lining up to work with her. I don't particularly see her in a film in the vein of Star Wars, but she is an incredibly talented actress so being that she gets the part I believe she will do a great job. The Star Wars spin-off is set to hit theaters on December 16th, 2016.

Random Babble: Top 10 Most Anticipated Films of 2015
As 2014 wraps up, 2015 is just around the corner and the new year will bring some promising films with it. That being the case I want to share my top 10 most anticipated films of 2015. Like with any top 10 list, this list is just my subjective opinion based on mere anticipation and some knowledge of the films. Also, just because you don't see a film here doesn't mean that I am not looking forward to it, it just means that I am looking forward to the ones on the list more. That being said these are my top 10 most anticipated films of 2015:
#1- Star Wars: The Force Awakens

I am sure that this film is either in or at the top of the list of most anticipated films for many you, as it should in my opinion. Fans of Star Wars have been waiting years for the continuation of this story, and J.J. Abrams' Star Wars: The Force Awakens will take us back to the galaxy far, far away. If the teaser is any indication this film will be what we all expect and more. The film opens on December 18th, 2015.
#2-Spectre
The next film in the Bond franchise, Sam Mendes' Spectre will see Daniel Craig reprise his role as 007, joined by a great returning and new cast that includes Christoph Waltz. I am a big fan of the most recent Bond films and can't wait to see what will come next with this new installment. Spectre is currently filming and will open in theaters on November 6th, 2015.
#3- Avengers: Age of Ultron
We have all been waiting for The Avengers to team up again on screen, and 2015 will grant our wish as they assemble to face their most menacing villain to date in Ultron. From the trailer this next film appears to be somewhat darker and will apparently see The Avengers dealing with more than they can handle, and that is something I am very much looking forward to. Joss Whedon's Avengers: Age of Ultron is set to hit theaters on May 1st, 2015.

#4-Inside Out
I have been a fan of Pixar films for a long time, but unfortunately the studio has not been at its best lately. I believe Inside Out will be the return to form of Pixar, and I really hope that I am right when the film comes around. This film sounds like one of those incredibly creative original stories that Pixar is known for, and by the looks of the trailer that came out it will be a Pixar film to remember, hopefully. Inside Out open in theaters on June 19th, 2015.

#5-The Hateful Eight
I really enjoy Quentin Tarantino films, so I can't help but be excited for his new western The Hateful Eight. The story of the film sounds intriguing and the characters sounds like they will be a lot of fun, as can be expected from a Tarantino film. The Hateful Eight has begun filming and will hit theaters sometime in 2015 (no specific date has been announced).

#6-The Martian
Based on Andy Weir's novel of the same title, Ridley Scott's The Martian stars Matt Damon as an astronaut stranded on Mars as he is left for dead by his crew who evacuated. I know nothing else of this film other than who is directing, who is starring, and the main plot, but to me that is enough to look forward to this film. The Martian is set to open in theaters on November 25th, 2015.
#7-Untitled Steven Spielberg Cold War Thriller
From my entire list this is the film that I know the least about, all I know is that Steven Spielberg will direct, Tom Hanks will star and that the film revolves around a lawyer working for the CIA trying to rescue a pilot from the Soviet Union. The film doesn't even have a title and all I have seen has been an image of Spielberg and Hanks on set, but honestly just with the names Spielberg and Hanks plus the words Cold War thriller, I'm sold. The untitled Cold War thriller will open in theaters on October 16th, 2015.

#8-Jurassic World
Jurassic Park is a classic, and much like with Star Wars fans have been waiting to go back to the park and seeing the continuation of this story as well. Taking place 22 years after the events of the first film, Jurassic World will bring us an entire dinosaur theme park where trying to bring up visitor numbers something goes very wrong. The trailer gave us a glimpse of the new park and the new menace that threatens it, and from what I saw it looks great. Jurassic World hits theaters on June 12th, 2015.

#9-Ant-Man
At this point Marvel has my complete trust, so each year I am going to look forward to whatever movie of theirs is coming out, such as Ant-Man next year. The film has been described as a heist movie, which sounds very fitting for the character and goes back to my point about Marvel making great movies that just happen to involve superheroes. Ant-Man recently finished shooting and is set to open in theaters on July 17th, 2015.

#10-The Jungle Book
Disney is giving us a new telling of the popular story in 2015 with Jon Favreau's The Jungle Book (Not to be confused with Andy Serkis' Jungle Book: Origins opening in 2017). This version will be a mix of live-action a CG effects featuring the voice talents of Idris Elba, Scarlett Johansson, and others. Three things have me excited for this film and they are Disney, Jon Favreau, and the cast, which is actually where my knowledge of the production ends so hopefully it will be as good or better than I am expecting it to be.

Andy Serkis Talks About His Role in 'Star Wars: The Force Awakens'
By now you should all know that Andy Serkis will be appearing in Star Wars: The Force Awakens, and it was confirmed shortly after the teaser trailer dropped that Serkis was indeed the voice in the trailer. But with the talents of Serkis that include motion capture and voice performance many people believed in the possibility that Serkis could be playing more than one character in the film, but according to the actor himself he will be playing only one character.
While talking to EW, Serkis confirmed that his own voice was the one in the trailer and that it's the character he will be playing in the film:
While talking to EW, Serkis confirmed that his own voice was the one in the trailer and that it's the character he will be playing in the film:'That is the character. There's no digital manipulation. That’s just me."When asked about the rumors of him possibly playing more than one character the actor was quick to put those rumors to bed by saying:
"Not true at all. I can say I only play one character."Serkis was also asked about his character, who's voice sounds weary in the trailer. The actor answered:
"I have to be very careful about how I answer these questions. The character… he's been through some stuff."To the question if his character would come to life through motion capture or if it would be him onscreen, Serkis said the following:
"I can't say a single thing about that. I’m sorry! These things will all come out in the fullness of time, I promise."The secrecy of his answers is expected and is more than understandable, but at least now we know that Serkis will only be playing one character. I am perfectly fine with Serkis not revealing or not being able to reveal much, personally I prefer those types of things to remain a mystery until the film is closer, after all they have to keep some reveals up their sleeves to keep us talking about the film. Directed by J.J. Abrams, Star Wars: The Force Awakens also stars John Boyega, Daisy Ridley, Adam Driver, Oscar Isaac, Domhnall Gleeson, Max von Sydow, Harrison Ford, Carrie Fisher, Mark Hamill, Anthony Daniels, Peter Mayhew, and Kenny Baker, opening in theaters on December 18, 2015.

Mark Hamill Talks 'Star Wars: The Force Awakens'
From Star Wars: The Force Awakens other than the continuation of the story in this world many of us love, people are also excited about seeing characters from the original trilogy and what their role will be in this new version, namely Luke (Mark Hamill), Leia (Carrie Fisher) and Han (Harrison Ford). Mark Hamill has joined in on the talks about the teaser trailer and gave some insight of his involvement in the film, Hamill is sworn to secrecy but there were still things he could say about his experience in the upcoming film. All of these comments come from an interview with Yahoo! Movies, where he talked about the beard he had to grow to play an older Luke Skywalker:
"That is what I call my contractually obligated beard. Listen: I think they look fine on other people. It's just not me. I mean, I never got used to it. But face foliage is almost a part of the costume. And it does bring a gravitas, perhaps unearned, but nevertheless, it makes a statement that they wanted to make, and I'm more than happy to oblige them."Hamill was also asked about his absence in the teaser trailer, if he was surprised that he was not in it like some of the fans were:
The actor also confessed that he had second thoughts about his appearance in new Star Wars films, and that for him it was a package deal for Luke, Leia and Han to appear in the new film:"Not really. This is about the new generation of characters; I think that's the most important thing. It's the opening act of a whole new approach to the storytelling. So I never thought that the stories would be – first of all, I never thought I'd be involved in it again, period. And then when George [Lucas] said that they wanted to do more, I rightly assumed that it wouldn't be our story, because we had a beginning, a middle, and an end. This must be our offspring and the current generation, with us there lending the kind of support that Peter Cushing and Alec Guinness did in the original. So no, that didn't surprise me. And I mean, I'm one of those people where I just think, 'Keep me out of it. I'll ruin it, I'm sure!' [Laughs] I’ll show up and just ruin the whole thing."
"I said to George, 'Have you really thought this through? Because maybe it's not such a great idea.' But I had a feeling, I said, 'You know what – if there's a weak link, if Carrie [Fisher] or Harrison [Ford] decides they don't want to do it, there's an out. Because it's all or nothing. It should be all of us or none of us.' So I was ready to go either way. And now that we're all in, we'll see what happens."To add to the previous statement, Hamill followed by commenting that he was also hesitant to think that Ford would return to reprise his role as Han Solo:
"Well, you know, he [Ford] was someone that was unpredictable. I hadn't seen him in years; I didn't know what his feelings were. I know he's sometimes grown impatient with people that don't want to focus on what he's doing currently and want to go stroll down memory lane. God knows, I'm used to that sort of thing. But who knew? And for him to jump back in so enthusiastically, I was delighted. It's a wonderful character. Everybody loves Han Solo.Hamill also joined the discussion about the new droid BB-8 (the rolling droid), saying that he likes it and revealing that the droid was made with practical effects and not CGI:
Star Wars: The Force Awakens hits theaters on December 18th, 2015."They never cease to amaze me with what they're able to come up with, you know? I said, 'How are you ever gonna top R2-D2, the most adorable droid in movie history?' And then they have this new one. I can't even tell you his name, but you saw it in the trailer. And when they were demonstrating how they did this thing, live on set — because it's not CGI, that's a live prop — I was just amazed. They let me play around with it. [Laughs] I was running it all around at the creature shop up in Pinewood. I'm telling you, it's an absolute delight. And not having thought that I'd ever go back there, to go back into that world, is just – I get the chills. It's just so much fun."

'Star Wars: The Force Awakens' Character Names Revealed
In all the the excitement of the release of the Star Wars: The Force Awakens teaser trailer, of course had to come speculation, and in all of that speculation were included the identities of the characters that we got to see in the teaser trailer. Must of us thought we were going to have to wait a while to find out who these characters were, but fortunately J.J. Abrams and Lucasfilm have decided to shed a little more light about the film by revealing the names of the characters in the teaser in a very creative way.Via EW, the names of the characters in the teaser trailer were revealed through a group of numbered Topps trading cards, giving that vintage feel from the original trilogy. The characters in the Star Wars: The Force Awakens teaser trailer are Finn (John Boyega), Rey (Daisy Ridley), Poe Dameron (Oscar Isaac), Kylo Ren (Dark Figure), and BB-8 (Rolling Droid). So, we are still left without knowing who is playing that villainous characters with the lightsaber and to which character does the voice in the trailer belong to, played by Andy Serkis. Abrams added that the numbers on the cards are important, so there's also that to think about.
The reveal of the character names was great, and the way it was done was even better, it gives us more information and I'm sure plenty to talk about and speculate. I think J.J. Abrams and Lucasfilm are doing a great job in revealing bits from the film just to keep us thinking and talking about it, without sharing too much too soon. Star Wars: The Force Awakens also stars Adam Driver, Domhnall Gleeson, Max von Sydow, Harrison Ford, Carrie Fisher, Mark Hamill, Anthony Daniels, Peter Mayhew, and Kenny Baker, it opens in theaters on December 18, 2015. Check out the cards below.

John Boyega Responds to "Black Stormtrooper" Criticism
After the release of the Star Wars: The Force Awakens teaser trailer the natural reaction was that a lot of people would be talking about it, some loving it, other just liking it, and of course there had to be some criticism that came with it as well. But of all the things that people could have disliked, from the rolling robot, to the Sith lightsaber design, even the absence of Han, Leia and Luke, some people took issue and made ridiculous "criticism" about another aspect of the trailer, that there was a black Stormtrooper. There must be either something very wrong with you or you know nothing about Star Wars for you to complain about there being a black Stormtrooper.Star Wars: The Force Awakens star John Boyega went on his Instagram (via Variety) and addressed the negative remarks by simply saying "Get used to it.", followed by a very appropriate smiley face. In my opinion this was a perfect response to the issue, not only because he addressed the negativity with a short and sweet "Deal with it" answer but because it was just a small part of a bigger message thanking everyone for the support, and I believe that little thought should be put into this negativity. Star Wars: The Force Awakens is directed by J.J. Abrams and also stars Daisy Ridley, Adam Driver, Oscar Isaac, Andy Serkis, Domhnall Gleeson, Max von Sydow, Harrison Ford, Carrie Fisher, Mark Hamill, Anthony Daniels, Peter Mayhew, and Kenny Baker, opening in theaters on December 18, 2015. Check out the Instagram post below. Also, check out the teaser trailer again (you know you want to).

'Star Wars: The Force Awakens' Trailer
The wait is over, Disney has released the first official teaser trailer for Star Wars: The Force Awakens and it is amazing. After watching it a couple of times online I can't help but feel a little jealous of the people who will get to watch it in a theater today, but I am happy I got to watch it today anyway.
This teaser trailer is amazing, and every Star Wars fan out there must have loved it. As far a being a teaser it is a great one at that, giving us just enough to make our mouths water in anticipation for what is to come. This teaser trailer feels like Star Wars so the nostalgic factor is there, but also has the feel and look that it is a brand new Star Wars. I like that you get to see the new characters and can see that good and bad side, but the story and plot still remain a bit of a mystery. Star Wars: The Force Awakens is directed by J.J. Abrams and stars John Boyega, Daisy Ridley, Adam Driver, Oscar Isaac, Andy Serkis, Domhnall Gleeson, Max von Sydow, Harrison Ford, Carrie Fisher, Mark Hamill, Anthony Daniels, Peter Mayhew, and Kenny Baker, it opens in theaters on December 18, 2015. Check out the teaser trailer below (via YouTube).

'Star Wars: The Force Awakens' Trailer Also To Be Released Online This Friday
If you were worried about not being able to make it to one of the select theaters that will be showing the Star Wars: The Force Awakens trailer this Friday, you need not worry anymore because you will also have the chance to see the trailer on Friday. It was announced via the Star Wars Twitter account that the trailer for Star Wars: The Force Awakens will also be released on iTunes this Friday.
The Force is with you on #BlackFriday when #TheForceAwakens teaser hits @iTunesTrailers.
— Star Wars (@starwars) November 26, 2014
The decision for the trailer to also be released online on Friday is curious, but good news for those of us not able to be in a theater this Friday. They are probably just doing this to avoid the teaser shown at the theaters being posted online, but I was expecting that the trailer would be released online after Friday. I think it's a smart move to get ahead of a possible leak, and now everyone will be able to see the trailer tomorrow. Star Wars: The Force Awakens is directed by J.J. Abrams and stars John Boyega, Daisy Ridley, Adam Driver, Oscar Isaac, Andy Serkis, Domhnall Gleeson, Max von Sydow, Harrison Ford, Carrie Fisher, Mark Hamill, Anthony Daniels, Peter Mayhew, and Kenny Baker, opening in theaters on December 18, 2015.Monday, November 24, 2014
'Star Wars: The Force Awakens' Trailer to Premiere in Select Theaters This Friday [UPDATED]
After the announcement of Star Wars: The Force Awakens receiving a title the internet was running rampant with rumors and speculations about many things, and one of those thing was the trailer, a lot of people were speculating about a trailer coming soon and what the trailer would be like. We may still not officially know the contents of the trailer but it appears speculation was right about the trailer arriving soon, and according to the latest reports the trailer will be premiered as soon as this Friday November 28th during films playing in select theaters. The Star Wars: The Force Awakens trailer premiering in limited locations was first a rumor that came from a Reddit post (via /Film), but the rumor was later confirmed by Regal Cinemas who put out an announcement that included a list of the locations that would show the trailer (via Collider). The list was up for a while but was later pulled down and replaced with a humorous picture captioned "Many Bothans Died To Bring Us this Information. Check back soon for a list of participating Regal Cinema Locations!!!". This could mean the theater chain jumped the gun a little bit and released the information too early, so we will have to check back for an updated list. But for what it's worth, I'll put the original list of theaters below.
- CA Irvine Edwards Irvine Spectrum 22 & IMAX
- CA San Diego Edwards Mira Mesa Stadium 18 IMAX & RPX
- GA Atlanta Regal Atlantic Station Stadium 18 IMAX & RPX
- IL Chicago Regal City North Stadium 14 IMAX & RPX
- NY New York Regal Union Square Stadium 14
- PA Warrington Regal Warrington Crossing Stadium 22 & IMAX
- TN Knoxville Regal Pinnacle Stadium 18 IMAX & RPX
- TX Houston Edwards Houston Marq’E Stadium 23 IMAX & RPX
- WA Seattle Regal Thornton Place Stadium 14 & IMAX
If this does end up happening, I would think this is a smart move to try and get people in theaters this weekend to watch a movie and check out the trailer. However, I am skeptical that enough people would actually show up just for a trailer if you could watch it online not long after, but I guess we shall see about that. Star Wars: The Force Awakens is directed by J.J. Abrams and stars John Boyega, Daisy Ridley, Adam Driver, Oscar Isaac, Andy Serkis, Domhnall Gleeson, Max von Sydow, Harrison Ford, Carrie Fisher, Mark Hamill, Anthony Daniels, Peter Mayhew, and Kenny Baker, it opens in theaters on December 18, 2015.

First 'Star Wars' Spinoff Movie to Shoot in London's Pinewood Studios
It is already a none fact that Disney is planning to give us spinoff films along with the regular Star Wars titles. Episode VII, which was officially titled Star Wars: The Force Awakens recently wrapped up shooting at London's Pinewood Studios, but it appears the studio will also be the home for the first Star Wars spinoff film and possibly other future titles. It was reported that Disney has locked down the space and is returning to Pinewood Studios to also shoot the spinoff movie.THR reported on the return of Star Wars to Pinewood Studios after wrapping The Force Awakens, which was announced by Pinewood Shepperton CEO Ivan Dunleavy at a conference in London. No specifics were given on the project, but the comments were the following:
"The seventh Star Wars movie just finished shooting at Pinewood. And I'm delighted to be able to tell you that a new Star Wars movie is already booked in. R2D2 was built in the U.K. 37 years ago, since then, he's spent a lot of his life in foreign studios. But now he's back home."The return of Star Wars is feeling more and more real as time goes by, and this announcement adds to solidifying that return. We have a title for the upcoming film, and now learning that the next film has a shooting schedule in place is great. I hope and it is looking likely that we get a trailer or a first look at The Force Awakens soon, and details on the first spinoff film should also be on the way. The first Star Wars spinoff will be directed by Gareth Edwards and is set to be released on December 16th, 2016.

'Star Wars Episode VII' Officially Titled 'The Force Awakens'
Filming recently wrapped up for the highly anticipated Star Wars Episode VII, and given that fact Lucasfilm has decided to make a special announcement. The studio has just given the announcement via Twitter that principal photography has finished for the film, and also revealed that the official tittle for the next installment will be Star Wars: The Force Awakens.
I am not sure how to feel about this, don't get me wrong, the title is great and it is very exciting to finally know it. I just would think that titling the next Star Wars would be something that deserves more than just a tweet, being how anticipated this film is and that even something as small as a title is a big deal for the biggest fans, but that's just me. In the end, the announcement is great and makes the coming of the film more palpable, and I hope this is the beginning of more reveals to come soon.
Star Wars: The Force Awakens is directed by J.J. Abrams and stars John Boyega, Daisy Ridley, Adam Driver, Oscar Isaac, Andy Serkis, Domhnall Gleeson, Max von Sydow, Harrison Ford, Carrie Fisher, Mark Hamill, Anthony Daniels, Peter Mayhew, and Kenny Baker, it opens in theaters on December 18, 2015. Check out the tweet below.
